11 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine C APREIT, Inc., a national real estate firm specializing in multi-family housing, was founded by Dick Kadish in 1993. The firm has two main offices: one in Philadelphia and the second in Rockville, Maryland. Serving the firm as president from 1998 to 2015, Mr. Kadish recently stepped down to bequeath the firm to his three children: his son Andrew, who has been serving as president since 2015; his daughter Jennifer, who has been serving as the chief administrative officer; and his daughter Dr. Jill Alloway, who is a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Mr. Kadish is the current Chairman of the firm. Prior to founding CAPREIT, Mr. Kadish served CRI as executive vice president and senior vice president between 1978 and 1994, as well as the New JerseyHousing andMortgage Finance Agency as deputy executive director from 1974 to 1977. At the inception of his career in 1971, hewas a Deputy Attorney General of New Jersey for three years. Mr. Kadish received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Master of Arts in political science from Rutgers University. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from Rutgers University. He was admitted to practice law in New Jersey in 1971. Alongside his primary career endeavors, Mr. Kadish is a past director of the National Multi- Family Housing Council and has contributed many articles to professional journals in his field. Maintaining affiliation with the American Bar Association and New Jersey State Bar Association, he has earned several accolades throughout his career. Highlighted in the 28th edition of Who’s Who in Finance and Industry, he is also included in numerous editions of Who’s Who in America, Who’s Who in American Law and Who’s Who in the East.
