177 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine co-op employer, one of Mr. Lepkowski’s clients invited him to New Jersey to become the chief information officer of a repair management company, titled Total Repair Express, LLC. From 1999 to 2006, Mr. Lepkowski served as vice president of information systems at Total Repair Express. He later moved on from the company to serve as a director of sales and marketing at Right Decision Systems from 2006 to 2011. In 2005, Mr. Lepkowski spearheaded Business Automation Experts, where he serves as president, founder and owner. Additionally, he became a chief technology architect at L Cube Advisors LLC in 2014, a position he still holds today. In 2019, Mr. Lepkowski was named Healthcare Partner of the Year by Seceon and was recognized as a Top 20 Microsoft SharePoint Partner. In 2016, he was a recipient of the Men on a Mission Award from the Sisters Network of Central New Jersey. Mr. Lepkowski attributes his success to his upbringing and the preparation he had during his undergraduate and graduate studies. Mr. Lepkowski is a member of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society, Beta Theta Pi, Tau Beta Pi and Phi Eta Sigma. He is also a volunteer with the Sisters Network of Central New Jersey, treasurer of the local Cub Scouts of America pack and treasurer of his local church. In his free time, Mr. Lepkowski enjoys reading and attending sporting events. Along the way of his career, Mr. Lepkowski found it to be more beneficial to work for smaller companies, as he felt he could make a bigger impact on his community. In five years’ time, he plans to continue growing and managing his company, as well as find other organizations in the community. He also wishes to increase his civic involvement with the organizations with which he is currently involved. M atthew Lepkowski received a BS in electrical engineering and computer science from Kettering University in 1998 and earned an MBA from New York University’s Leonard N.
