Enjoying the excitement of being part of other people’s accomplishments and ideas, he has achieved success after graduating summa cum laude with a BSBA in finance and accounting from the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management in 2000. Mr. Weissmueller has been the president of his own company, Fintrepid Solutions, since 2016. His entrepreneurial spirit, coupled with his career achievements in various areas of finance, have culminated in his present executive role. Fintrepid Solutions endeavors to provide businesses with the strategy and execution to help them grow profitably and sustainably. Leveraging the experience of Mr. Weissmueller and his team of professionals, Fintrepid Solutions tailors their approach to each unique client, garnering the success they are known for today. Outside of his business pursuits, Mr. Weissmueller sits on the board of directors of the Shepard of the Desert Lutheran Church and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He attributes his success to being creative and working with an experienced group of professionals. Looking ahead, he intends to continue helping other businesses achieve their goals. Ryan Young Interiors began working on model homes, then international work in China, only to be greeted by the booming market post-recession for commercial and private projects. Ms. Ryan’s business partner was a tremendous mentor, teaching her how to be a successful businesswoman. Ms. Ryan was also a designer and vice president of design at the McMillin Company from 1984 to 1989. Originally thinking she would focus on commercial design, Ms. Ryan has showcased her prowess in interior design inmodel home and house design. Her company has been recognized with more than 250 best interior design awards and has been published in numerous magazines as a testament to their exquisite work. Although a humble individual at heart, she believes working hard is the secret to her success. Each project she works on is fulfilling, and she hopes to expand her team’s expertise into hospitality, designing more hospitality projects. Ms. Ryan is a member of the Building Industry Association, Sales and Marketing Council, and National Association of Building Industries.
