49 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine V ivian J. Tsao was encouraged by her mother, who studied art, to develop an interest in drawing at an early age. While in middle school, Ms. Tsao began taking art lessons from Prof. Sun To-Ze in Taipei. Prof. Sun and her father, a journalist, introduced her to the beauty of words and images.
