172 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine to watch his employees blossom into their own roles and responsibilities. Looking toward the future of Sterling Distributors, Mr. Berry aims to expand into more categories in the medical field and having a larger national presence on the pharmaceutical level. He also hopes to hire more employees, as right now he has a staff of about 30, and in the next five years, he would like to be closer to 100 employees. Additionally, Mr. Berry wants to build more businesses and spend as much time with his wife and three kids as possible. In his local community, Mr. Berry founded Florida Flight Elite, which offers basketball tournaments, leagues and camps for teams and participants. Mr. Berry uses basketball as his outlet, and he thanks one of his coaches John Thompson for teaching him to love the sport. Mr. Berry attributes his success to having a selfless nature, being disciplined and having the ability to focus. D ean G. Berry always had a passion for helping people, and as the man in charge at Sterling Distributors and Denled Holdings, he is able to help individuals on a larger level. He is proud that he is able to assist his employees take care of their families, as well as aid the independent community that he is servicing. Mr. Berry acquired a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University in 1999. Following his graduation, he spent time as a financial planner and advisor before becoming the owner of Sterling Distributors, a medical supply company, in 2001. In 2004, Mr. Berry began serving as chief executive officer and president of Denled Holdings, a Florida domestic limited liability company. Mr. Berry finds the most rewarding part of his job is hearing stories from clients, employees and former employees on how they benefit from working with him and seeing their personal growth. Aside from his family, Mr. Berry is most proud of watching the progression of employees who have come a long way since their initial hiring. As the company grows, Mr. Berry loves DEAN G.
