294 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine S tephen Nagin received a BBA in marketing from the University of Miami. From there, he went on to obtain a JD from the University of Miami Law School in 1974 and was admitted to the Florida Bar. Since 2011, Mr. Nagin has served as counsel for Peretz Chesal & Herrmann, PL. Previously, he was president of Morgan Drexen, Inc., from 2008 to 2011, founding partner of Nagin, Gallop & Figueredo from 1997 to 2008, and proprietor of the Law Office of Stephen E. Nagin from 1987 to 1990. He was also an adjunct professor at the University of St. Thomas School of Law. Mr. Nagin has served as general counsel with several corporations, including Basic Research, IFED, Allied Buying Corporation and Prime Advantage. He was partner at Litchford, Christopher, Nagin & Figueredo; Ginsburg, Nagin, Rosin & Ginsbury; and Rodman & Nagin. Likewise, he was an attorney with Hertzfeld & Rubin, the U.S. Attorney’s Office and the Federal Trade Commission. A member of the American Bar Association’s law practice division and intellectual property and business law sections, Mr. Nagin attributes his success to empathy and understanding. TRIAL LAWYER, OF COUNSEL Peretz Chesal & Herrmann, PL Salt Lake City, UT STEPHEN NAGIN D iane DeBrosse Hienton, Esq., received a BA from the University of Hawaii in 1971 and a JD from Arizona State University in 1975. She possesses a natural ability in writing and research, and is very logical, making her well-suited for law practice. Ms. Hienton commenced her career at the Arizona Court of Appeals as a law clerk and then as a staff attorney between 1975 and 1984. She was an associate at Jennings, Kepner & Haug for one year and an Assistant Attorney General for a total of 18 years, including a 12-year position as chief counsel of land and natural resources. Ms. Hienton is proudest of being able to protect the state land trust against interests that conflicted with the trust and for acquiring water for state trust lands. Ms. Hienton holds high ratings in legal ability and ethics through Martindale-Hubbell and has been distinguished for 30 years by her peers. She is a member and past president of Soroptimist International of Phoenix and is a founding life member of the Arizona Science Center.
