55 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine A former travel agent and celebrated photographer, Lynne Trudeau Jonquieres was a coordinator at the Greater Loudonville Association from 2002 to 2012 and a registered representative at Prudential Albany from 1983 to 2002. She was also the owner and a travel agent with Lineage Travel from 1999 to 2001 and owned her photography business, Image 2, from 1975 to 1982. A student of the Shipley School, Pine Manor College and University of Paris, Ms. Jonquieres is an award-winning photographer and was presented with a Best in Show Award by the Garden Club of America for Zone III in 2009. She was also recognized with first place honors for her picture of the Hudson Valley at sunset at the Albany Institute of History and Art Photography Show in 2011 and had an individual photography show at the Moon & River Café in the Stockade Historical District at Schenectady, New York, in 2016. Experimenting with other art mediums, Ms. Jonquieres finished her first documentary “The Jazz Singer” in 2018, starring Sylvie Briber. What she loves the most about art is that it heightens her observation of everything on earth. PHOTOGRAPHER Loudonville, NY C harles T. Garrett received a BA in history and psychology from Mercer University and an MFA in film and video from the Savannah College of Art and Design. Following his undergraduate studies, he served as an assistant producer at Burke Dowling Adams, one of the largest advertising agencies in the American Southeast. From the early 1980s to 1994, Mr. Garrett was a freelancer and senior television producer for BBDO, Inc. He was a television producer for BDA/BBDO from 1980 to 1984 and assistant television producer for Burke Dowling Adams from 1978 to 1980. He is renowned for producing a Hardee’s commercial in Los Angeles during the 1992 Los Angeles riots and was responsible for shooting aerial and underwater footage with Jordan Klein. Mr. Garrett has received two International Broadcasting Awards, seven Telly Awards, several local Addy Awards and one Gold Pencil from the Art Directors Club of Atlanta. He was also honored with the 1986 Addy Award from the American Advertising Agencies Association.
