Tucker Andersen later received a Bachelor of Arts from Wesleyan University in 1963. From 1966 to 1968, he spent time with the U.S. Public Health Service and became a chartered financial analyst in 1976. Mr. Andersen got his start as an actuarial student at the Travelers Indemnity Company in Hartford, Connecticut, from 1963 to 1966. Currently, Mr. Andersen serves as the founder and head of management of Above all Advisors LLC. He has been in this role for 19 years, and his company is based out of New York City. Prior to spearheading his company, Mr. Andersen was with Cumberland Associates LLC for 27 years. Between 1972 and 1999, he was chief investment strategist, managing partner, partner and an analyst. Earlier in his career, Mr. Andersen was a partner at Rudman Associates from 1969 to 1972 and a security analyst at Smith Barney & Co. from 1968 to 1969. For his determination and excellence in all of his industry endeavors, Mr. Andersen was the recipient of the Founder’s Day Award from Phillips Exeter Academy in 2007. He was also granted the Distinguished Alumnus Award from his alma mater, Wesleyan University, in 1988. Likewise, he has been highlighted in several editions of Who’s Who in America, Who’s Who in Finance and Business, Who’s Who in Finance and Industry, Who’s Who in the East and Who’s Who in the World. Mr. Andersen is a member of the Society of Actuaries, the New York Society of Security Analysts and the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts. He also serves on the executive committee for Wesleyan Investment, iFree, GOPAC, Value Investment Partners and the CATO Institute. Additionally, he serves as chairman for Artificial Cell Technology and the Phillips Exeter Academy’s Investment Committee, and is the director of the Questech Corporation. Likewise, he has been a trustee of the Warren Congregational Church in Connecticut since 2005. Apart from his profession, Mr. Andersen is an avid runner and completed 48 marathons across the United States.
