The company is a supplier of choice to key clients in a diverse range of markets, including banking and financial services, manufacturing, logistics, construction, transportation, medical and administrative. Ms. Carson transitioned from credit management and began her career in sales in 2006, where she truly found her passion for helping others. She moved into a Sales Management role in the staffing industry in 2014. Shortly thereafter, she spearheaded her own company. In addition to her career, Ms. Carson is an active member of her community. She is a volunteer coach at the Union City Baseball League, and has coached for the Union City Colts Football/Cheerleading League. Additionally, Ms. Carson affiliates with organizations that work with the youth. Ms. Carson feels that children are graduating high school without knowledge of what to do with their lives next. She knew she could help by assisting in teaching these individuals everything they needed to know about credit, how to make a resume, making a budget, and setting and achieving their goals. Ms. Carson believes her genuine drive to help people has jumpstarted her route to success. Her main goal is to reach and help as many people as possible, and she cannot do it alone. She has help running the business from Kristopher Curtis, chief financial officer; Bryanna Carson, secretary; La Tanya Tuck, recruiter; and Maleah Rodriguez, business development manager, whom she hopes gains the same sense of care for clients as they grow in their careers. O riginally pursuing a career in sales, Tracy Carson followed a different path in an effort to help people.
