174 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine T. Jay DiBacco received a MusB from the University of Wyoming in 1976 and an MBA from Almeda University in 2003. He also holds a diploma from the U.S. Army Command and General Staff Col- lege. Mr. DiBacco servedwith the U.S. ArmyNation- al Guard from 1975 to 2004, retiring as a lieutenant colonel. He is the recipient of the Meritorious Ser- vice Medal, Army Commendation Medal with Oak Leaf Cluster, American Spirit Honor Medal and U.S. Army Chief of Staff Supply Excellence Award. Since 2009, Mr. DiBacco has served as the president of Wealthmaker$ in Omaha, Nebraska. Prior to his current role, he was regional vice president of OhioNational Financial Services from 2005 to 2009 and president and chief executive officer of DiBacco & Associates/Wealthmakers Ltd. from 1999 to 2005. Likewise, he served as a senior associate for Hi-Plains Financial Services, Inc., from 1985 to 1999 and was an advanced underwriter with Security Mutual Life Nebraska for 18 years. Mr. DiBacco commenced his career in 1976 as a music teacher at St. Agnes Academy in Alliance, Nebraska, and by 1977 was teaching instrumental music at Gering Public Schools. In 1981, he entered the financial services industry with Security Mutual Life Nebraska. In light of his success in financial services, Mr. DiBacco has been a member of the Million Dollar Roundtable, and was recognized in the Ohio National Financial Services’ President’s Inner Circle in 2020. Since 2015, he has received the GAMA International Management Award and was recognized with the NAIFA National Manager Award in 2005. Mr. DiBacco holds a number of prestigious awards, but is most gratified by his success in making a difference by empowering others. He has been a mentor to many, and considers the number of people he has helped to succeed as his personal yardstick. He encourages the belief that a person can accomplish any goal to which they set their mind. Mr. DiBacco is a member of the General Agents and Managers Association, National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and Military Officers Association of America. T.
