Prior to his current role, Mr. Delgado was an account manager for theMarylandManufacturing Extension Partnership, operations manager for PremaTech Advanced Ceramics and vice president of manufacturing for Clear Align LLC. Additionally, he was the director of manufacturing for Janos Technology, vice president of operations for NDC Infrared Engineering, and a consultant and project manager for Brüel & Kjær Vibro GmbH in Darmstadt, Germany. From 1991 to 2004, Mr. Delgado worked for Fusion UV Systems and the Fusion Systems Corporation. Commencing as the director of fabrication, he moved up to the director of manufacturing, vice president of manufacturing and then vice president of operations. Mr. Delgado also spent many years with the GE Lighting Technology, Production and Ceramic Divisions as an engineer, manager of new processes and equipment programs, senior project manager, resident engineering manager and technical leader. During the early years of his career, he worked internationally at companies such as ECOM de Mexico. Mr. Delgado was the recipient of the Citizens Bank & New Hampshire Business Review Award in 2007 and the Invention Disclosure, Maryland Quality and Customer Satisfaction Awards from Fusion UV Systems. Among his various other awards and recognitions, Mr. Delgado takes great pride in being a mentor, coach and business consultant to various companies. He is the author of “QFD Killed My (Pet) Project.” Mr. Delgado is amember of the CEOExperience, IMC Club, Experimental Aircraft Association and Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association, and a lifetime member of the U.S. Chess Federation. He finds the most rewarding part of his career to be developing emerging leaders as an instigator, challenger, integrator and motivator. D wighd D.
