60 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine has served as commander and science technical director at the Army Research Institute for Environmental Medicine, director of biomedical applications at the Aeromedical Research Laboratory and deputy chief of behavioral biology at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research. From 1971 to 1972, for the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, he served as a research and development coordinator. Dr. Krueger holds military skill proficiency badges in Field Medicine Expertise, Aircrew Membership, Air Assault, and Parachuting. His military awards include the Army’s Legion of Merit, a Bronze Star and aMeritorious ServiceMedal with two oak leaf clusters, as well as recognition with the Order of Military Medical Merit. Dr. Krueger earned the John C. Flanagan Award for Lifetime Achievements in Military Psychology from the Society of Military Psychology and Richard M. Griffith Memorial Award from the Southern Society for Philosophy and Psychology. G erald P. Krueger is a military research psychologist and a professional human factors and ergonomics research consultant. He received a BA in psychology from the University of Dayton, and an MA in experimental and engineering psychology and a PhD in experi- mental psychology from Johns Hopkins Uni- versity. He graduated from the Army’s Com- mand and General Staff College and the U.S. Army War College. Since 1998, Dr. Krueger has been president of Krueger Ergonomics Consultants. He spent 2008 to 2013 as a senior human factors specialist at TG O’Brien Associates, Inc., and was with Wexford Group International as principal scientist and ergonomist. He was an ergonomist at Star Mountain, Inc., and vice president of ergonomics research and development services at Biomechanics Corporation of America. He also taught military psychology at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. Dr. Krueger spent 1969 to 1994 on active military duty, retiring in 1994 as a U.S. Army Colonel.
