162 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine L ena Graham-Morris says she was raised by entrepreneurs when people were still trying to figure out what the word “entrepreneur” meant. In 2019, she obtained a BBA in management and operations from Western Governors University, and also studied marketing at the University of South Florida. Additionally, she is certified in nonprofit, public and organizational management by the University of Central Florida. Since 2015, Ms. Graham-Morris has been a business coach with Entreprenista Enterprises LLC, and since 2014, has served as vice president of market development and community outreach for Horus Construction. Through Horus Construction, Ms. Graham-Morris has created a three-prong approach: acting as prime on some projects, being the MWBE partner in other projects, and participating as a first tier subcontractor. Ms. Graham-Morris is also the founder and chief executive officer of Studio 277 Cosmetics and Imaging. Notably, from 2014 to 2018, Ms. Graham-Morris was the director of operations for the African American Chamber of Commerce of Central Florida, where she was able to see through the lens of procurement and diversity and inclusion officers. Ms. Graham-Morris was also a television host for Soundview from 2012 to 2018 and the marketing manager of on-air fundraising for PBS from 2000 to 2005. Additionally, she was the director of community relations for Healthy Start Coalition of Seminole County for one year and the director of business development for the Central Florida Urban League of Young Professionals for two years. In 2019, Ms. Graham-Morris was named to “Women on the Rise” by Entrepreneur Diva, and in 2018, was named to the Orlando Business Journal’s “Women to Watch” and “Women Who Mean Business.” She attributes her success to her DNA, resilience and stubbornness. Looking ahead, she hopes to become a motivational speaker and land a book tour as the author of “Confessions of the Entreprenista.” She is amember of the National Association of Business Owners.
