Rooth is backed by a BA from Indiana University Bloomington and a JD from Valparaiso University. In 1982, Mr. Rooth was admitted to practice law in Indiana and Illinois, as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. For his success in law, Mr. Rooth was named to Best Lawyers in America and Top 50 Super Lawyers. For 10 consecutive years, he has been recognized as a Best Lawyer in Medical Malpractice and was named an Indiana Super Lawyer from 2006 to 2018. Mr. Rooth was featured at an attorney’s seminar in 2014, accompanied by his presentation, “Indiana Trial Lawyers Lifetime Achievement Seminar.” Mr. Rooth is a member of the Lake County, Indiana State, Illinois State, and American Bar Associations, as well as the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice.
