321 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine M ishella Etienne-Campbell, Executive Director of the Youth and Family Enrichment Services, Inc. (YoFES) in Hyde Park, Massachusetts, is passionate about youth initiatives in the Haitian community and works tirelessly to minimize educational, social and health disparities among Haitian youth and families. An immigrant herself, Ms. Etienne-Campbell combined her many years in ministry as the executive pastor at Grace Church of All Nations in Boston, with nearly 20 years of experience in project management, community outreach and strategic planning to transform the deteriorating organization, whose doors almost closed. In 2019, the rejuvenated program was named Nonprofit Organization of the Year by the Haitian Chamber of Commerce. Born on the beautiful island of Haiti, Ms. Etienne-Campbell has lived in Boston, Massachusetts, all of her life. She is proud of the fact that she was raised in a Christian home by deeply spiritual parents who taught her the importance of community. Ms. Etienne- Campbell knew she had a calling to serve the nations early in life and became an ordained pastor in 2011. An experienced public speaker and singer, Ms. Etienne-Campbell has had the opportunity to speak at numerous religious and secular conferences. Notably, she was the keynote speaker for the graduating class of 2012 and 2014 at the Business Institute of the West Indies in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. An incredible singer, Ms. Etienne Campbell was selected to sing the National Anthem at Governor Charlie Bakers’ 2015 Gubernatorial Inauguration. Ms. Etienne-Campbell studied biology at Northeastern University. She later attended the University of Massachusetts Boston and graduated magna cum laude with a BS and MA in applied sociology in 2011. She also holds a Master’s Certification in Project Management from American Project Management. In 2019, Ms. Etienne-Campbell was honored to receive a citation from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for Outstanding Leadership, signed by Governor Charlie Baker and Lieutenant Governor Karen Polito.
