Prior to her retirement in 2015, Dr. Williams served as chief executive officer of Ultimate Vacations, Inc., and was distinguished for her per- severance and ability to stay focused. Throughout her career, Dr. Williams was the planning commissioner for the City of Pittsburgh, president of EWJ &Associates and president of Investments Unlimited. Additionally, she was a manpower coordinator of federal programs of the U.S. Government, a patient services representative and insurance and real estate consultant. Notably, she was the recipient of a Grand Juror and Public Speaking Award from Contra Costa County, where she also served as a human relations commissioner for their Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. A European investment fellow, Dr. Williams is a member of the American Association of University Women, National Association of Female Executives, NAACP, National Real Estate Owners Association, National Notary Association, Order of the Eastern Star, and is a national ritual director for the Beta Pi Sigma Society. From2015 to 2019, she was the senior advisor, with past experience as associate chief information officer within IT Policy &Governance and senior advisor to Clean Energy and Rural Development. Ms. Oliver served Weatherization and State Energy Programs as program director, the U.S. Department of Agriculture as deputy administrator of cooperative programs and rural development, and Entrepreneurial Development as acting director and associate deputy administrator. She devoted 1995 to 2005 to the U.S. Small Business Administration as acting director of the Office of Rural Affairs and Economic Development, where she also served as director of the Division of Program Development and finally deputy associate administrator of Capital Access.
