Since that time, Ms. Golberg desired to emulate her and make a difference in other individuals’ lives. Ms. Golberg has been the chief people officer of TradingScreen, Inc., in New York since 2016. She was appointed to the board of directors in 2020. Supported by nearly 20 years of experience in human resources management, she previously served at Relationship Science LLC as chief people officer and member of the senior leadership team in 2016, at Ullink as chief human resources officer from 2014 to 2015, and the New York Stock Exchange as the managing director of human resources from 2009 to 2014. Enjoying human resources due to the humanistic nature of the profession, Ms. Golberg notes that the industry is a fine art as keeping employees motivated and on track can be challenging. She attributes her success to genuinely caring about every aspect of her job, surrounding herself by a team of smart and hard working people, as well as her ability to build HR strategies around business specific goals. Ms. Golberg is supported by coursework at the London School of Economics and Political Science, INSEAD and Hunter College. Drawing inspiration from her own mother, who demonstrated the courage to relocate their family from the former Soviet Union to the United States, Ms. Golberg also gives back to her community by supporting various charities and lives by the creed, “Have courage and always be kind.” Looking toward the future, Ms. Golberg intends to delve into consulting and potentially partnering with a venture capitalist, in an effort to utilize her skillset to build robust HR and operations infrastructure and prepare young companies for success. L yuba Golberg started her HR career at the American Red Cross in Greater New York in early 2001, where she served as a volunteer resources coordinator until the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001.
