Mr. Carleton attributes his success to his upbringing and diligent work ethic. Demonstrating versatility within the field, he has also dedicated his time to philanthropic efforts and went on a missionary trip to Paraguay in his youth. Likewise, he became an Eagle Scout at the age of 12. Recognized for his success, Mr. Carleton was honored in the Top 40 Under 40 in 2019. Looking toward the future, he intends to expand Avalon International Aluminum to different markets and allow his company to blossom further in the industry. He notes that he is on the path to accruing double the revenue that they made in 2019. Born in Gainesville, Georgia, Mr. Carleton currently resides in Tualatin. Born to parents Richard and Martene Carleton, he has been married to his wife, Michelle, for several years. In his spare time, he enjoys snowboarding, hunting and hiking.
