Mr. Raha is a former chapter president of Beta Psi, former vice president of Tau Beta Phi and former member of Delta Sigma Phi. Additionally, he maintained membership with the Cooperative Education Program and was recognized by a newsletter during his tenure at Solectron Corporation in 2003. M onojit Raha was inspired to enter technology from a formative age, having been influenced by his uncle and father. His uncle was a senior executive for Westinghouse, and his father was a cancer researcher and scientist. Deciding to follow in their footsteps, he first completed coursework in electrical engineering at Iowa State University from 1981 to 1983 before receiving a BSEE from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1987. After accruing years of experience in his field, he earned an MBA from the Peter F. Drucker and Masatoshi Ito Graduate School of Management at Claremont Graduate University in 1991. In his career, Mr. Raha has held a director level title, or higher, in quality and regulatory affairs, operations, supply chain management, programmanagement and sales in various manufacturing firms. From 2018 to 2020, Mr. Raha was the director of quality assurance and regulatory affairs at Peridot Corporation.
