151 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine ENTREPRENEURS OWNER Lincoln Motor Company Miami, FL LUIS SOMOANO A native of Asturias, Spain, Luis Somoano grew up with a deep passion for automobiles. As he grew older, he decided to integrate his love for cars with his desire to run his own business and subsequently created a powerful career for himself within the automobile industry. After immigrating to the United States, he attended Miami-Dade Community College. Soon thereafter, he began working for several car dealerships prior to opening his own stores. Currently, Mr. Somoano is the owner of Doral Lincoln, Ford Kendall and Lincoln of Cutler Bay, where he works alongside his two daughters, Karen and Kristi. Residing in Miami, he previously owned Heat Motors in 2009 and was president of the Lincoln Bureau Council for three years. Philanthropically involved as well, Mr. Somoano has participated frequently in local charity events. Mr. Somoano attributes his success to self-discipline and his natural aptitude for business management. He has received several accolades for his businesses over the course of his career. Looking toward the future, he intends to work even harder and become a strong mentor to emerging professionals in the field.
