Since 2019, he has served as the chairman and chief executive officer of EST Global, Inc., in the Cambridge Innovation Center in Cambridge, Massachusetts. EST Global invests in fintech solutions to bring financial inclusion to individuals across the globe. Encompassing parameters of banking-digital wallet, identity, investment and digital asset management, the company also serves as a strategic partner across all industries while connecting to their inclusive banking platform. Alongside this role, Dr. Bhaskar has been the director and chief executive officer of EST Capital AG in Switzerland, as well as the managing director of ESTXCOIN.com in Dubai since 2018. Demonstrating versatility in his profession, he has also been a frequent lecturer in his field. Attracted to his profession from an early age, he has always wanted to contribute more to the economy and make a difference in financial inclusion. An alumnus of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Sloan School of Management, Dr. Bhaskar first received a Master of Science in economic history and PhD in systemic theory of development from Punjab University in India. Likewise, he also attended the University of Oxford in England, graduating from their Saïd Business School. Looking toward the future, Dr. Bhaskar intends to delve further into digital composite banking to further financial inclusion, and he notes that it is an important instrument and idea for the future of banking. He is a firm believer of innovation-driven entrepreneurship, and his colleagues have described him as a thought leader in the banking and financial services sector. He attributes his success to being genuinely interested in and passionate about his work, as he fully immerses himself in new subjects within his field and makes changes as the industry evolves. A skilled poet, Dr. Bhaskar is also a member of the Poetry Society of America. He has been recognized by the American Biographical Institute for his contribute to the banking industry. DR.
