19 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine G rowing up in Honduras, Mario R. Perez was taught the value of hard work from his father, whom he remembers to have worked diligently in order to provide for his family. Immigrating to the United States at the age of 21, Mr. Perez attended the University of Maryland in College Park before commencing his career as president of MVP Premier Construction in Rockville, Maryland, in 2008. Maintaining the role for five years, he also served as director of sales and operations for MOS Media from 2009 to 2012. Between 2012 and 2016, Mr. Perez was the senior project manager of Brothers Mechanical, Inc., in Springfield, Virginia, and for the following year, he was the senior project executive of Titan Mechanical in Manassas, Virginia. Since 2017, he has served as the noted president of Air Solution Mechanical Services LLC in Woodbridge, Virginia. Likewise, Mr. Perez has also been the chief executive officer of Groupo de Inversiones Perez since 2010. Alongside his professional duties, Mr. Perez has been a member of the Mid-Atlantic Hispanic Chamber of Commerce since 2010, where he mentors high school students in helping them decide how to proceed with life post-graduation. He attributes his success to his drive to succeed, as well as to the opportunities that have presented themselves. Mr. Perez is most notable in his company for putting his clients first and always going beyond for them. Looking toward the future, Mr. Perez intends to grow the business and expand it in terms of the volume of sales that they currently generate. Concurrent to this, he also desires to maintain the same level of attentive service standards to put his clients first. He notes that he has always had an innate desire to help others, both within his profession and within his work with the Mid-Atlantic Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Married to his wife Mary Larson, Mr. Perez has two daughters, Nicole and Helen. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his daughters, going biking, attending brunch, and enjoying boat rides and trips. He was named a Top Professional by Marquis Who’s Who. MARIO R.
