199 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine HEALTH AND WELLNESS M rs. Heather L. Kuchar has never allowed an obstacle deter her from her dreams, and working while living with multiple sclerosis has guided her in achieving far more than she imagined. She received a BS in business economics from the University of Akron. She is also a health coach through the Institute College of Holistic Medicine and is a board certified yoga instructor. Since 2017, Mrs. Kuchar has served as the president of Healthy Attractions, a health and wellness coaching facility in Fairlawn, Ohio. She and her team focus on transforming their clients’ bodies and lives by providing life coaching with a focus on weight loss. The mission of the company surrounds having a full mind and body connection, to live a great life, have positive energy and feel happiness from the inside out. Prior to founding her company, Mrs. Kuchar excelled in several executive-level positions with various health and wellness corporations between 1992 and 2016, including as a director of Ohio training programs for a wellness company, a Mid-Atlantic regional manager for a noteworthy skincare company, and a district manager of a gym chain. Subsequent to attaining significant knowledge of business administration matters through these positions, she sought to venture out on her own, and soon thereafter, founded Healthy Attractions, where she has since utilized her business acumen to serve others. Mrs. Kuchar attributes her success to her attitude and passion for giving back to her community. Witnessing the success and progress of her clients is gratifying, and she feels incredibly fulfilled to have the honor to help others walk through their journeys. She gives her thanks to Dr. Timothy Carrabine of the Oak Clinic, who aided her in the earlier years of her multiple sclerosis diagnosis. Today, the clinic honored the pair by naming a new development of the clinic “The Dr. Carrabine and Kuchar Wellness Center.” Mrs. Kuchar teaches yoga at the wellness center to all who yearn to enter a healthy lifestyle.
