20 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine F rom working with and watching his father excel as a window manufacturer, Christopher S. Porosky developed a deep and honest connection with the contracting industry. He obtained a BA in business from Campbell University in 1996, and despite initially wanting to pursue a career in finance, he found the contracting business was the best fit for his passions and lifestyle. Since 2005, Mr. Porosky has served as the owner of All Phase Construction USA LCC in Deerfield Beach, Florida. With more than 18 years of experience in the industry, he is a certified general contractor, installer and roofing contractor, as well as certified in trust management. With his business, Mr. Porosky found his niche in storm restoration and finds great reward in helping people who are placed in difficult situations due to various natural disasters such as hail storms, wind storms, hurricanes and tsunamis. Working in a billion dollar industry, Mr. Porosky always remembers the importance of helping others before anything else. Mr. Porosky is proud to offer All Phase Construction USA LCC’s clients numerous services, including roof coatings, single ply roofing, spray foam roofing, residential roofing, government contracting, and maintenance and insurance claims process, as well as projects related to solar, ventilation and general construction needs. Mr. Porosky has notably worked on almost every type of commercial roof system, including the traditionally difficult- to-repair commercial roofs such as BUR, TPO, EPDM, PVC, hypalon, metal and modified cap sheet, among others. A member of the National Roofing Coalition of America, Mr. Porosky also frequently spends his time contributing to service work as a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity. In the next five years, he plans to continue expanding his work in the profession and help as many people as he possibly can.
