217 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine HEALTH AND WELLNESS U pon spearheading her career path, Tracey Lynn Weber, RPH, first took a step into the accounting world, but soon realized her true passion was within the medical field. She pursued a career as a pharmacist in order to pave her own desired path and finance her studies independently, but also as a nod to her mother who could not complete her own pharmaceutical studies. In 1986, Ms. Weber achieved a BS from Ohio Northern University, and she is backed by additional summer courses from Xavier University and the University of Cincinnati. Notably, since 2016, Ms. Weber has served as an essential member of the Option Care Global team in Louisville, Kentucky. She has also worked with RpH on the Go in Chicago, covering Ohio and Kentucky since 2012. Prior to her current roles, Ms. Weber spent 26 years, from 1986 to 2012, with the St. Elizabeth Medical Center South in Edgewood, Kentucky, as a staff pharmacist. Looking back on her career, Ms. Weber is fond of her memories from college where she was first exposed to things she does not necessarily do as a pharmacist today. From learning in hospitals, she served as a clinical pharmacist, gave advice to doctors on what prescriptions would best suit each patient, and then calculate the correct dosage and type of medication. Ms. Weber believes her vast understanding of pharmaceutical roles has helped her become a caring and well-rounded pharmacist. Ms. Weber is a proud member of the American Society of Hospital Pharmacists, the Cincinnati Area Pharmacists Association and the National Parks and Conservation Association. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cross-stitching, collecting antiques and walking, as well as spending time with her son, David, and husband, Roger, who is an electrical engineer formerly employed by NASA. Ms. Weber can also be found in the distinguished publications of the 17 th edition of Who’s Who of American Women from 1991 and the fourth edition of Who’s Who of Emerging Leaders from 1992.
