295 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine TECHNOLOGY F ascinated with technology from a formative age, John Cullen currently serves as a software engineer for Software Technology Group and is an independent author of works pertaining to intelligence software and science fiction. Drawing upon three decades of expertise in software engineering, he is certified in Azure fundamentals and in artificial intelligence development. Additionally, he is lauded for his expertise in .Net full-stack development. Mr. Cullen graduated from the University of Nebraska in 1994 with a BSBA in information systems management. He has since utilized his degree in providing technical solutions to complex problems, noting that he has the ability to bridge the gap between technical jargon and the layman. Alongside his primary endeavors, he is a certified life coach and enjoys mentoring others in bettering their own lives, as well as the lives of others. The author of two published books, Mr. Cullen published “Unlikely: What If You Could Go Back” in January 2020. Four months later, he debuted his second book, “Chasing Shadows,” in May 2020. With two more unpublished books in the works, titled “Emotional Metamorphosis: One Man’s Journey” and “Waking the Wight,” he intends to release both books in early 2021. Congruent to his writing career, Mr. Cullen is a member of the League of Utah Writers, who invited him to prepare a video presentation for their 85th anniversary Quills Conference in August 2020. Attributing his successful career to his ability to solve his clients’ problems and guide others through their lives, Mr. Cullen also credits his determination to accomplish massive feats and follow his goals. He lives by Marcel Proust’s mantra, “The real voyage of discovery consists not in seeking new landscapes, but having new eyes.” He advises prospective professionals within the fields of technology and authorship to remain open-minded and view the course of their life as lessons coming from failure.
