Alongside his professional endeavors, Mr. Pearson has served on the board of directors of the Dallas Museum of Natural History since 1985 and previously maintained involvement with the board of directors of the YMCA of Dallas, the fundraising committee of the Dallas Museum of Art and as patron of the Ronald McDonald House. He has also contributed numerous articles to newspapers and profes- sional journals. Mr. Pearson received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants in 2013. He has been highlighted in several Who’s Who publications.
