55 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine FAUSTA BRITTON OWNER Fausta Britton, LLC Detroit, MI DIRECTOR OF COMPENSATION (RETIRED) LifeScan Sunnyvale, CA A n alumnus of the Detroit College of Business, Fausta Britton is an accomplished leadership speaker, diversity trainer and keynote speaker, who has served her eponymously-named company, Fausta Britton LLC, in Detroit since 1990. In her position, she provides motivational speaking and coaching services to corporate businesses and organizations, particularly those involved in women’s empowerment initiatives. She is also a management consultant, in which she cultivates employee relations and skills development. Alongside her career endeavors, Ms. Britton is a facilitator for the Atlanta-based support group, Sista 2 Sista, which provides fortitude for women who are struggling to recover responsibility within their lives. Deeply motivated and empowered by her own personal struggles in the corporate world, Ms. Britton has utilized her powerful speaking abilities and has presented at seminars and conferences. The recipient of the Dale Carnegie Recognition Award from the University of North Carolina, Ms. Britton aspires to bring awareness to more women’s rights organizations and expand her influence on her local, regional and national community. Looking toward the future, she intends to expand her clientele and publish a book on her experiences. S upported by nearly 40 years of experience in management, Morgan Frank Myers is a management consultant who most recently served LifeScan as director of compensation from 1992 until his retirement in 1997. Prior, he was president of his eponymously-named company, Morgan Myers and Associates, from 1986 to 1992. Employed by Crown Zellerbach Corp. in 1964, Mr. Myers ascended the ranks to the manager of salary administration in 1978 and director of compensation in 1981 before opening his practice. Mr. Myers holds a BA in economics from Stanford University and an LLB from the Blackstone School of Law, obtained in 1958 and 1975, respectively. Since 1999, he has been a volunteer business counselor for the Service Core of Retired Executives and previously chaired the Northwest Compensation and Southern Forest Products Roundtables. Additionally, he sat on the Sunnyvale Human Development Planning Council from 1978 to 1981. Mr. Myers maintains affiliation with the American Compensation Association, Northern California Compensation Association and Paper Industry Compensation Association, of which he is a former vice chairman.
