179 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine ENTREPRENEURS OWNER Essentially Well Oiled Colden, NY OWNER, MANAGER Granicy Square Lancaster, CA DEBRA S. EHMKE After working at Western New York Urology Associates for 16 years, Debra S. Ehmke was introduced to the health benefits of essential oils by her daughter-in-law. After working with the oils for quite some time, she began selling her products at local craft and vendor fairs beginning in 2014, where she worked out of her home. In 2019, Ms. Ehmke had accrued enough prestige and finances to rent a suitable space in which she can establish her business. Since that time, she has been the owner of Essentially Well Oiled in Colden, New York, where she sells her own products, as well as other locally owned and made products. After only one year of operation, Essentially Well Oiled was named Business of the Year by the Boston-Colden Chamber of Commerce in 2020. Looking toward the future, Ms. Ehmke intends to maintain her storefront and hire additional employees to work on selling her renowned products. She maintains affiliation with the Better Business Bureau and draws upon prior business knowledge obtained at Erie Community College. Attributing her success to her family’s support, she is most notable for her essential oil-infused chocolates. Since taking over Granicy Square in 1991, Robin R. Granicy has operated a number of businesses out of the business umbrella, in which she sells all-natural dog, cat, koi and bird food, as well as veterinary supplies. Described affectionately as a “Jill of All Trades,” Ms. Granicy also manages a gift shop with antique, vintage and other unique items, as well as operates a CRV recycling and upcycling center. Boasting more than 20 years’ experience in renting out household and commercial moving trucks, she has also offered parking and vehicle storage services to tractors, trailers, big rig trucks, RVs and cars. Civically engaged, Ms. Granicy contributes her expertise and resources to food banks and ministries, and was recently honored with a Certificate of Recognition for her work with Voices of Our Youth by the California Legislation Assembly. Alongside this feat, she is an honorary member of Bark in the Park, through which she raises donations from pet product companies and sponsors. Outside of her professional endeavors, Ms. Granicy is passionate about honoring fallen World War I soldiers, including her great uncle. She has made several trips to Belgium in remembrance of his service. ROBIN R. GRANICY
