242 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine HEALTH AND WELLNESS Dr. Delrita H. Abercrombie attended Middlebury College for her undergraduate education and received a BA in experimental psychology. Moving forward, she matriculated in Hofstra University, receiving a PhD in school psychology in 1973. After serving several years in the field, she joined the Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York, in 1978, where she currently excels as a psychologist. Alongside this primary endeavor, she has also been a member of the resource faculty at the School of New Resources of the College of New Rochelle. Earlier in her career, Dr. Abercrombie flourished as a committee member for Salute to Youth, Inc., from 1985 to 2013. Recognized as a dedicated clinician, scientist and teacher within the realm of psychology, as well as an advocate for human rights, Dr. Abercrombie holds a postdoctoral certificate in psychopharmacology from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Listed among Who’s Who in Psychology, she is amember of the American Psychological Association, Brooklyn Psychological Association and New York Association for Psychologists. Although her career has been filled with highlights, she is especially proud of treating her patients to the best of her ability. Añonuevo joined the United States Army, where he served as an officer and dentist in Fort Bragg, North Carolina, from 2006 to 2010. During his military tenure in North Carolina, he was deployed to Iraq. Subsequently, he relocated to Fort Gordon, Georgia, where he remained until his military discharge in 2014. Since that time, Dr. Añonuevo has excelled as a general dentist with Inspire Dentistry of the Carolinas in Charlotte, North Carolina. Decorated with an Army Commendation Medal in 2008, Dr. Añonuevo has been active in a myriad of civic endeavors, including as a volunteer for the Mission of Mercy clinics and Give Back a Smile. Additionally, he is active with the American Red Cross, the Agape Dental Ministry and the Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, as well as various military events for dental and health care services in North Carolina. To remain abreast of changes in the field of medicine, Dr. Añonuevo currently maintains affiliation with the American Dental Association, the North Carolina and Charlotte Dental Societies, and the American Dental Education Association.
