282 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine LAW AND LAW ENFORCEMENT Lydia A. Milone, Esq., is a seasoned litigator with more than 30 years of experience in the field of matrimonial and family law. Since 2000, she has been a partner of BodnarMilone LLP in White Plains, New York. Representing clients throughout the counties of Westchester, New York, Kings, Nassau, Suffolk and Putnam in both the Supreme Court and Family Court, she has also litigated before the Appellate Divisions of the First and Second Departments. Prior to her current endeavor, Ms. Milone was an associate at several firms across New York State, including Bender & Bodnar, Gassman, Fisher & Fass, Reisman, Pierez, et al., and Hoffinger Friedland Dobrish & Stern. Ms. Milone is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, where she has served as a Vice President of the New York Chapter and presently sits on its Board of Managers. She was a founding member, President and Vice President of the Association of Collaborative Lawyers of Rockland-Westchester. Currently, she is a member of the Executive Committees of the Family Law Sections of the New York State Bar Association and Westchester County Bar Association, and she was Vice Chair and Chair of the latter. Ms. Milone presently also sits as Co-Chair of the Long Range Planning Committee of the Family Law Section of the New York State Bar Association. Ms. Milone lectures for the Family Law Sections of the New York State and Westchester County Bar Associations, and served for eight years as Editor-in-Chief of the Domestic Law Review, a quarterly publication of the Family Section of the Westchester County Bar Association. Since its inception, she has been listed in all editions of New York Super Lawyers and, since 2007, has been included in Best Lawyers in America. She was named Best Lawyers 2020 Lawyer of the Year in matrimonial and family law. She holds a BA from Bernard M.
