Drawing upon an innate business acumen and a passion for law and justice, Michael De Lellis commenced his professional career with Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP in 2003, in which he served as an associate for eight years. Since 2012, he has excelled as partner of the firm, where he focuses his attention on corporate restructuring and insolvency. Specifically, he arranges plans under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act, as well as corporate recapitalizations, proposals and bankruptcies under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.
