32 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine ARCHITECTURE, CONSTRUCTION AND REAL ESTATE Born on the island of Faial, Azores, and immigrating to the U.S. in October 1970 at the age of 6, Armando Manuel Dias Pereira has excelled in design, construction and construction education. Possessing a desire to express his creativity, he discovered that the field of architecture and design garnered structure and advocated for the need for human habitation in society. Receiving a BS in Architectural Preservation from Roger Williams University in 1989, he founded Comprehensive Design/Build Services in 1992, where he is Principal/Designer. He has also excelled as the Founding Manager and educator at Integrated House Wrights LLC. Maintaining affiliation with the American Institute of Architects, American Institute of Building Designers and the New Bedford chapter of the Prince Henry Society, Mr. Pereira is also a member of the Knights of Columbus. He recognized the importance of being a well-rounded individual and wishes to make society a better place for humankind. He has valued the significance of community involvement and does not take life for granted. Looking forward, he intends to experience the continued growth of his career. He would also like to spend more time in the educational sector. PRINCIPAL, DESIGNER Comprehensive Design/Build Services West Wareham, MA A natural born leader with an affinity for realty, Billye J. Simmons delved into the field of real estate after noticing his wife’s workload in property management. Deciding to aid her in her professional path, he received a real estate license and began working for Advantage Arizona Real Estate and Property Management in 1994, a position he still holds today. After accruing enough financial comfort, Mr. Simmons and his wife opened their own real estate business, DJBJ, Inc., in 1998. With DJBJ, Inc., Mr. Simmons has managed 300 residential homes with monthly commissions of $35,000 per month, as well as sales commissions averaging $200,000 per year. Notably, his best sales commission totaled over $600,000 and his best overall gross income was over $1 million. Prior to entering real estate, Mr. Simmons was an educator, counselor and licensed administrator in Arizona for nearly 30 years. He also spent significant time in the martial arts and kickboxing in a professional capacity.
