He matriculated in Occidental College and received a Bachelor of Arts in political science and philosophy in 1986. Subsequently, he earned a JD from the Southwestern University School of Law in 1990. Upon graduation, Mr. Molfetta was approached by a member of the Orange County District Attorney’s Office and accepted his proposal to serve as a clerk turned prosecutor. He remained in that role from 1991 to 1996 before briefly serving as an associate of Turner, Cooper & Reynolds from 1996 to 1997. In the present day, Mr. Molfetta has excelled as the chief executive officer, president and owner of Molfetta Law LLC in Costa Mesa, California. Representing professional athletes in contract negotiations, he has recently opened a branch in his firm dedicated to assisting clients in getting out of timeshares. Additionally, he has represented soccer players and their teams in Spain and France. Alongside this endeavor, Mr. Molfetta is a founding partner of CRM Sports Advisors and a partner of CRM Sports, Inc., and Invictus Sports Management. Mr. Molfetta is a certified agent with Major League Baseball and has maintained affiliation with the California Bar Association. As a testament to his success, he was named Prosecutor of the Year in 1994. He attributes his success to being true to himself. Although his career has been filled with highlights, he is especially proud of taking on a high-profile case in Orange County, which garnered him much recognition and media attention. Married to his wife Elizabeth, who is a prosecutor, Mr. Molfetta is the proud father of three children: Christian, Dominic and Olivia.
