In 2015, she was selected board chair and remained chief executive officer and board chair until 2020 when she transitioned the firm to new leadership. During her career at Normandeau Associates, Ms. Hall notably took the company from being owned by a Fortune 500 to a private, 100% (ESOP) employeeowned, women-led business. Additionally, under her leadership, she successfully expanded the business with new locations in Falmouth, Massachusetts; Gainesville, Florida; Stowe, Pennsylvania; and Drumore, Pennsylvania. Holding a BA in zoology from the University of Connecticut, and an MS in zoology and BS in business administration, summa cum laude, from the University of New Hampshire, Ms. Hall pursued doctoral studies in zoology after receiving her master’s degree. In the late 1980s, she also completedpostgraduate studies at Tufts University. Ms. Hall remains a company senior corporate officer and is also on the board of directors for the Southeast Land Trust of New Hampshire, the board of advisors for the University of New Hampshire-Manchester and the New Hampshire EPSCoR Research and Industry Council. As a testament to her success, Ms. Hall has received a number of accolades and honors. Recently earning Lifetime Achievement Awards from the Environmental Business Journal in 2021 and Marquis Who’s Who in 2020, she also received an Above and Beyond Award and a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Business and Industry Association of New Hampshire in 2014 and 2016, respectively. Earlier, she was honored as an Outstanding Business Woman by the New Hampshire Business Review in 2012 and received the Environmental Merit Award from the Environmental Business Council of New England in 1998. Looking toward the future, Ms. Hall is focused on strategic initiatives to ensure continued success of the company. Joining Normandeau Associates, Inc., in Bedford, New Hampshire, in 1971 as a program manager, Pamela S. Hall is renowned as an environmental consulting executive and scientific leader. She was promoted to marine laboratory director in 1979, programs and operations manager in 1981 and vice president in 1983. In 1988, she was promoted PAMELA S.
