During his career, he has also taught science and physics at several other schools, such as Midwood High School and Erasmus High School. Furthermore, Dr. Roemer has lent his expertise to several written works as well, having contributed a plethora of articles to professional journals. Dr. Roemer maintains affiliation with the American Philosophical Association, American Association for the Advancement of Science and Institute for Theological Encounter with Science and Technology. Looking toward the future, he intends to continue enjoying his well-deserved retirement. Residing in Brooklyn, New York, he enjoys several avocational activities in his spare time, such as watching movies, reading novels and science-related publications related to religion, and taking walks. Inspired to enter the field of education by his own metaphysics professor, Father W. Norris Clarke, Dr. David K. Roemer desired to emulate Father Clarke’s logic and rationale in terms of teaching. He emphasizes that Father Clarke was a fantastic instructor at Fordham University who played a significant role in Dr. Roemer’s teaching style later in his career. Attending Fordham University as an undergraduate student, Dr. Roemer received a Bachelor of Science in physics in 1964. Subsequently, Dr. Roemer received a PhD in physics from New York University in 1971. At the inception of his career, he served as a manager of radiation therapy products for Litton Medical Systems between 1972 and 1977 before becoming a product specialist for Siemens Corporation from 1977 to 1983. During this time, he attended the Lubin School of Business at Pace University and received an MBA in 1980. Dr. Roemer entered the field of teaching in 1984, when he joined Edward R.
