150 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine ENERGY, ENGINEERING AND MANUFACTURING Equipped with an early interest in electricity, engineering and physics, Andrew Michael Heitzmann recently received certifications in airframe and powerplant mechanics from the Aviation Institute of Maintenance, graduating summa cum laude in 2020. Drawing upon a prior certification in avionics from the National Center for Aircraft Technician Training (NCATT) from 2019, he previously served in the United States Army Nurse Corps for four years. He also holds a BSN from George Mason University, which he attained in 2006. Attributing his success to his well-rounded education, Mr. Heitzmann notes that he desires to expand his influence in any direction. Although his career has been abound with highlights, he is especially proud of graduating summa cum laude from the Aviation Institute of Maintenance, as well as being promoted to the rank of captain in the United States Army in 2009. Looking toward the future, he intends to ascend the pillars of success to a management role and begin planning for his eventual retirement. In his spare time, he enjoys volunteering at the local fire department and with charitable organizations, as well as meditating, running, swimming and reading. AIRFRAME AND POWERPLANT MECHANIC Dumfries, VA Drawing upon a Bachelor of Applied Science in chemical engineering from the University of Tulsa in Tulsa, Oklahoma, from 1989, Timothy W. Rogers joined Sasol North America in 2001 after accruing many years in the field as an accomplished engineer. He was an ethylene business manager from 2008 until 2012. Since 2018, he has served as vice president of chemicals optimization. Sasol North America is noteworthy as a global integrated chemicals and energy company that specializes in manufacturing and marketing chemical and energy products. They have over 30 offices worldwide. Attributing his success to his ability to collaborate with others and bring together teams of employees with diverse skills to achieve results, Mr. Rogers is an advocate for teamwork and continuous improvement in business management, planning and business optimization. Married to his wife Kelly for many years, he is the proud father of two children, Tyler and Emma. Looking forward, he intends to finish his career at Sasol and retire in the Houston area.
