Concurrent to his tenure at his law firm, Mr. Erlach also excelled as an assistant district attorney and deputy city attorney in San Francisco, California, between 1973 and 1982. Admitted to practice in the State of California, Mr. Erlach has also been admitted before the Supreme Court of the United States, the U.S. Tax Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth and Federal Circuits, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Central and Eastern Districts of California.
