Presently, she is a commercial realtor and recruiter for Aaron Aroyo Real Estate, through which she represents the buyers and sellers of high-end residential and commercial real estate, and works with land development projects in the metropolitan San Diego area. Further, she has served as chief executive officer of Tahitian Pearl Consultants Inc. since 2000. Since the inception of her career, Ms. Hutchinson has contributed to a number of written works, having penned a book chapter in “Outrageous Marketing” in 2018. She also contributed to “An International Treaty for Women: The United Nations Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women” and “Proposition 209 – Affirmative Action” through the California State Employees Association in 1997 and 1995, respectively. Civically involved in efforts to abolish human trafficking, Ms. Hutchinson has maintained membership with Safe Kids Now (www. safekidsnow.com), the National Alliance for Family Court Justice, and the District of Columbia Youth Orchestra Program. Likewise, she is affiliated with Beta Gamma Sigma, the Business Honor Society, and the Association of Humanitarian Lawyers. Most recently, she joined the membership committee for Chapter 17 of California State Retirees. For her efforts, she earned placement in the 72nd edition of Who’s Who in America in 2019. Ms. Hutchinson attributes her success to her grandmother, mother and father, as well as her faith in Jesus Christ. A native of Washington, D.C., she now lives in San Diego, California. Looking toward the future, she intends to experience continued career growth. She also aims to design and build a home by the sea. Fascinated with numbers since she was a young girl, Cessaly D. Hutchinson pursued a career in accounting, receiving a BBA, cum laude, from Howard University in 1979.
