He notes that technology has changed to fully integrated circuits and systems from what were once simple components, and equipment has largely become automated. Mr. Huey attributes his success to his deep interest in learning, as well as the influence of others in his life who have expanded his horizons. He also credits his positive outlook on life as a contributing factor to his success. Although his career has been filled with highlights, he is especially proud of teaching others and emphasizes the importance of sharing knowledge. He says that the more one knows, then the more one can share with other individuals. Looking toward the future, Mr. Huey intends to experience the continued growth and success of his career. Ultimately, he would like to delve further into the field of management and collaborate with other corporations. Exhibiting a hands-on approach to learning from an early age, Ronald W. Huey desired to work in electronics within the maintenance industry. After graduating from high school, he earned a diploma in electrical and electronics engineering from the Sussex Vocational Technical School in 1974 and began serving as a technician for Eveys TV for the following two years. Subsequent to serving as a mechanic for Playtex International, he went on to become a maintenance mechanic for Delmar Packaging in 1980, holding the role until 1985. In the latter stages of his career, Mr. Huey served as a maintenance manager for Solo Cup Company between 1985 and 2011. Since 2011, he has excelled as a senior technical facilities manager and EHS and inventory manager for the SEDA International Packaging Group in Racine, Wisconsin. Certified in criteria and training, he also holds certificates in TLC, motor control, drive control and servo-control. Throughout the course of his career, Mr. Huey has witnessed incredible changes in the industry, including the innovations and advancement RONALD W.
