Empson USAwas established in the 1970s by her parents, Neil andMaria Empson, after they discovered the unique and beautiful artisanship of Italian products, specifically art and automobiles. Realizing that their fascination with Italian culture also applied to the country’s winemaking techniques, they quickly became pioneers in the field of importing Italian wine to the United States. More than 45 years after the business’ inception, it has remained at the forefront of the wine industry. Ms. Empson’s vision for Empson USA is to broadcast to the world that Italy is the home of authentic wine products, and their key words of “family,” “integrity,” “leadership” and “authenticity” have driven their business since 1991. Working intimately with family-owned estates in Italy, Empson USA also offers to their customers services in wine marketing, logistics, advertising and communications.
