She has found success with eFocus and HERLIFE Magazine, where she was publisher and owner. She served as senior marketing director for First Financial Security, building on leadership roles with the Women’s Entrepreneur Expo and Pacific Culture Company as executive vice president. Since 2017, Ms. Watts has been the owner of WEModel USA, a modeling and talent recruiting agency striving to create networks for female entrepreneurs while drawing attention to human sex trafficking and global women’s rights concerns. She is seeking a 501c(3) non-profit for her charity work. She holds a Bronze Star and a Legion of Merit for her Army service, including leading a combat unit and supervising 177 troops deployed to Afghanistan with zero casualties. Ms. Watts holds an AS in business management from Barstow College, BS in marketing management from Bellevue University, MBA from the University of Maryland and MS in business from Central Michigan University. She co-authored the best-selling book, “Camouflaged Sisters: Revealing Struggles of the Black Woman’s Military Experience,” executing an inspiring narrative on her rise to leadership as a soldier.
