Ms. Sibley has been a lecturer at Columbia University’s Executive MBA Program and served on the advisory board of St. Joseph’s University’s Healthcare Executive MBA Program. She chairs the board of Mendelssohn Chorus of Philadelphia, one of the oldest choruses in the U.S. and a frequent performer with the Philadelphia Orchestra. She recently received an Alumni Achievement Award fromMiddlebury College in 2018 and was inducted into the Natick High School Wall of Achievement in 2015. Other accolades to Ms. Sibley’s credit have included being named Woman of the Year by the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association in 2008. Charlotte E. Sibley has spent most of her career in the biopharmaceutical industry. Receiving a BA from MiddleburyCollege, shewent on to earn an MBA from the University of Chicago. At the inception of her career in 1970, she worked at Pfizer, Inc., as a market research manager for three years before bringing her expertise to a number of other corporations. She served as the senior director of worldwide marketing research for Bristol-Myers Squibb Company, president of Isis Research, plc (now Ipsos), vice president of Pharmacia (now Pfizer), and vice president of Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (now Takeda). Her last corporate role was senior vice president at Shire, plc (now Takeda), in charge of leadership development. For the last 10 years, Ms. Sibley has served as a board member of public and private companies, notably American Pacific Corporation from 2010 to 2014 and Taconic Biosciences, Inc., from 2013 to 2019, where she was a member of the management transaction and the CEO search committees.
