443 A Marquis Who's Who Magazine D onald George Cofrancesco is co-owner and president of All Around Town Home Care, Inc., an in-home service founded in 2013. This enterprise is the culmination of years of study and experience in health care which began in 1975 as a research assistant at the Yale School of Medicine. He is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Connecticut and a certified Reiki Master, the ancient Japanese art of healing. Throughout his career he has served as administrator and consultant for such companies as Golden Manor Convalescent Home, West Haven Nursing Center, Independence Manor, Hillside Manor, Hospice: Project Care, and Coe Enterprises. Named one of the Outstanding Young Men of America in 1983, he has been recognized many times for his work and served on numerous boards of directors in his community. Mr. Cofrancesco prepared for his career with a Bachelor of Science with distinction in chemistry and life sciences from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, a Master of Arts in gerontology from the University of New Haven, and a Master of Public Health from Yale University. A s a member of the Labor and Employment Relations Association and the National Association of Forensic Economists, Malcolm Stuart Cohen has over 50 years of professional experience. Dr. Cohen’s leadership skills have allowed him to hold many positions, including being a labor economist for the U.S. Bureau for Labor Statistics, a lecturer at the University of Maryland, and an assistant to the vice president of state relations and planning. He has also held many teaching positions, and worked as a co-research director for the Institute of Labor and Industrial Relations at the University of Michigan, as a consultant for Corporation for Public Broadcasting, as a lecturer of the industrial relations center at the University of Minnesota and as president of the Employment Research Corporation, a position he has held since 1997. He is a co-author and author of several works, and has contributed many articles to professional journals in the field. Dr. Cohen’s career is backed by a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Minnesota in 1963 and a PhD in economics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1967.
