465 A Marquis Who's Who Magazine W illiamGrant Hennigar is a man of many talents who possesses the skills necessary to succeed. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University, a Doctor of Medicine in dentistry from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Cleveland State University. His career in dentistry began with Harvard University Health Services in 1974. With the skills and experience he gained there, he became a partner in the American Family Dental Group from 1982 to 1997. After leaving the medical field, he began practicing law. Dr. Hennigar has been on the board of directors of the West River Homeowners Association and on the Special Advancement Committee of the University of Rochester-Eastman Dental Center. He remains active in his field as a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the Bar Association of Erie County. He is also affiliated with the International Association for Orthodontics, the American Academy of Dental Group Practice, the United States Dental Institute, the International Association of Dentists, the New York State Dental Association, the Eighth District Dental Society, the Erie County Dental Society and the American Dental Association. D aniel Leroy Hertz has been organizing, managing and assuming business risks for 64 years. Mr. Hertz began his career as a sales engineer at C.E. Conover & Co., working for the company for five years. When the company began to decline, he set up a distributorship and became a major competitor in the industry, founding Seals Eastern, Inc., and serving as chief executive officer since 1958. Based in Red Bank, New Jersey, his company is a manufacturer and major supplier of high-temperature, high-pressure seals and packer elements in the energy industry. For over 50 years, it has set the standard for providing the highest quality products and engineered sealing solutions using high-quality polymer compounds. During his fruitful career, Mr. Hertz secured five U.S. patents and contributed chapters to “Intermediate Rubber Technology,” many handbook editions, and articles to professional journals in his field. He remains active in his field as a member of the American Chemical Society and the New York Rubber Group.
