He showed his work at a master’s exhibition of the Century Association in 2013 and is currently working on a book that he is anxious to publish. He has excelled at many things during his career, including co-founding the New Brooklyn School of Life Drawing, Painting and Sculpture and co-directing the New York Academy of Art. Despite facing many rejections of his nude paintings by New York galleries, he has continued to persevere while running his active gallery. His talent has earned him the Purchase Award from the Berkshire Museum, the Peebles Award, the Benjamin West Cliendinst Memorial Medal for exceptional artistic merit, as well as many fellowships. Mr. Cunningham attributes his success to the inspiration of his godmother and the support of his wife. Francis Cunningham Artist New York, NY
