421 A Marquis Who's Who Magazine E ducational administrator Edward Allyn Wilson has been ensuring that schools in Ohio run smoothly for over 30 years. Dr. Wilson earned a Bachelor of Arts in history from Olivet Nazarene University in 1963, a Master of Science in educational administration from Northern Illinois University in 1966, and a Ph.D. in educational administration and curriculum development from the Ohio State University in 1973. He became superintendent of the Ontario School District in 1973, then served in a similar capacity for Euclid City Schools from 1975 to 1986, for Westerville City Schools from 1986 to 2000, and for Carmel Clay Schools from 2000 to 2001. He was also an educational specialist for MS Consultant Inc., and has served as an adjunct professor at the University of Dayton since 2007. Dr. Wilson, who is currently president of the Westerville chapter of the American Heart Association, is a former president of the Euclid Chamber of Commerce, a past member of the alumni advisory council of the Ohio State University, and past chairman of the Franklin County Educational Council. He was named Ohio Supervisor of the Year in 1994 and recognized as one of the Top 100 Education Administrators of North America by Executive Educator in 1993. He is a member of the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development, the Hamilton County Educational Service Center, the Franklin County Superintendents Association and the Indiana Association of Public Schools.
