For over four decades, Ms. Kyle has utilized her business expertise to provide objective advice and help organizations develop in specialized areas where they may lack. She began her career as an associate editor for the Inter-University Case Program and soon became co-founder and chief editor of Financial Index. Ms. Kyle continued to progress as a research analyst for McKinsey & Co, a senior research associate for the Periodical Studies Service, and the vice president and director of research for Total Research Corporation. She was also the manager of social research for Gallup and a survey research consultant from 1999 to 2001. Aside from her career in management, she was also a research methods lecturer at Temple University from 1981 to 1982 and a visiting professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University from 1990 to 1991. Ms. Kyle has been very active in her community, serving on the executive boards of several organizations. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Bennington College and a Master of Arts from Harvard University. N elda S. Lee is well-versed in the arts. With a Bachelor of Arts in fine arts from the University of North Texas, she embarked on a fruitful career. Ms. Lee became head of the art department at Ector High School in Odessa, Texas, a position she served in from 1963 to 1968. In addition to her career in the arts, she has been involved in several organizations, acting as president of the Ector County Democratic Women’s Club and serving on the board of directors of an art museum in Odessa, the Presidential Museum and Leadership Library, the Ector County Cultural Center, the Odessa YMCA, and Odessa’s chapter of the American Heart Association. During her art career, she has contributed articles to professionals and held group exhibitions in El Paso, Texas and New Orleans. Due to her dedication and expertise, she received the Designer-Craftsman Award from the El Paso Museum of Fine Arts in 1964. She remains active in the arts as a member of the American Society of Appraisers and the Texas Association of Art Dealers, for which she served as president from 1978 to 1988.
