485 A Marquis Who's Who Magazine S ince 2009 Roy Shaw Mitchell has served as a mediator, arbitrator and neutral for JAMS, a private alternative dispute resolution provider that specializes in mediating and arbitrating complex, multi-party, business and commercial cases. From 1961 he has served as an attorney for many firms, including Hudson & Creyke, Lewis, Mitchell & Moore, and Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. Prior to solidifying his tenure at JAMS, he served as the president and chief executive officer of the construction claims group at Hill International, Inc., from 1999 to 2004. He penned himself a co-author of a handbook and has contributed numerous articles to professional journals. Additionally he has served as vice chairman of Ameribanc Savings Bank from 1980 to 1985, trustee of Ameribanc Investors Group from 1980 to 1995, and as chairman of the Center Management Development and Training, Inc., a position he has held since 2004. Mr. Mitchell remains abreast of the field as a fellow of the American Bar Association, the American College of Construction Lawyers, the Virginia Bar Association, the District of Columbia Bar Association, and the College Commercial of Arbitration. S tanley F. Moeschl is responsible for developing, testing and supervising the manufacture of electrical equipment. Having served as president of SunStrand Data Control from 1988 until 1992, Mr. Moeschl used his engineering expertise to maintain longevity in his field. After serving his country with the United States Coast Guard in Korea from 1951 to 1954, he earned a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Purdue University and embarked on his career shortly after, making a home at the Honeywell space division from 1957 to 1988. During his tenure at Honeywell, he was involved in designing and producing avionics for all U.S. manned flight systems, including Mercury, Gemini and Apollo, and was also involved in providing equipment for all of the A11, YF12, SR71, B52, F14, C5A, F111, B2, and C17 systems, as well as the Viking Lander 1976. From 1959 to 1971 while working for Honeywell, he worked exclusively with the CIA on multiple top secret programs. Mr. Moeschl has served on the board of the Committee of 100, the Washington Roundtable, and Junior Achievement.
