277 A Marquis Who's Who Magazine C ertified Public Accountant and licensed stock broker Albert John Mielcuszny has advised and managed clients for over 31 years. Mr. Mielcuszny began his career as a management trainee for Jones & Laughlin Steel from 1964 to 1965 and was promoted to budget analyst in 1967. After serving in that position, he began working at Touche Ross & Co. as an accountant from 1968, leaving the company in 1972. He later made a home at Servistar Corp., previously American Hardware Supply Co., serving in various capacities, including assistant controller, vice president of finance, treasurer, senior vice president, and chief executive officer. During his tenure as chief executive officer of Servistar Corp, he was a part of purchasing Coast to Coast company that led to a 93 million dollar acquisition. Soon after, the company purchased a paint company as well as trucking company serving as chairman of the board for both. Throughout his career he has established three patents in the field and has served as an elected official in Beaver Creek. As a 1st lieutenant in the U.S. Army he earned an army commendation medal. Mr. Mielcuszny attributes his success to his military training that taught him discipline, and focus. Additionally, he was a ranger in college and spent three years in infantry training. To prepare for his career, Mr. Mielcuszny earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting and a Master of Business administration in finance from Duquesne University in 1964 and 1972 respectively and has been featured in various editions of Who’s Who in Finance and Industry, Who’s Who in America, and Who’s Who in the World.
